JOINT ANNOUNCEMENT

CLB is delighted to announce the mergers on 1 June 2005 of its two offices in the South of England into two independent firms.

The partners of Littlejohn Frazer and CLB's London office have merged to practise as CLB Littlejohn Frazer.

The partners and staff of CLB Reigate office have merged with Durrani Pannett & Co, to form the new firm of CLB Gatwick LLP.

The four CLB offices in the North of England have become independent of the above two firms and practise as CLB Coopers.

All three firms will maintain their links through Polaris International, together with other firms in Birmingham, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
